New Year, New Goals – Are Your Business Resolutions Sticking? – Tommy Lee

Hi, Master Tommy Lee here. Instead of just setting my 2012 business resolutions, I thought I’d share them on the Member Solutions Business Building Blog.
So here they are …. What are yours?
Resolution 1: East Coast Martial Arts (ECMA) will do an entire audit on their corporate structure, books and alignment of the company. ECMA has employed a team of Attorneys and Tax Specialists to go back 7 years on the corporate books (and personal books) and restructure anything that may be out of line. A complete audit will ensure our company is compliant with all past, present and new guidelines.
Resolution 2: East Coast Martial Arts will audit their income, expenses and payroll and revamp all financial projections, budgets and new bonus structures for employees for 2012. Our goal is to become leaner on expenses and more proactive on new forms of leads and income-generating events. This will provide our students with more opportunity to explore different facets of the Martial Arts, as well as give our employees another way of increasing their income during these challenging times.
And for fun (drumroll)… here’s my personal resolution: Master Tommy Lee's personal goal is to be in better shape this year than when he was 25 years old! This goal is to be achieved by the 2012 Martial Arts SuperShow in Vegas … Oh Yeah …
